who am i?

Hi, I am Coach Austin (The Adventure Coach)
for 8 years, I've been climbing, splitboarding, and mountaineering
across the world — summits include Denali, Alpamayo, Ama Dablam,
the Alps, and the Sierras. I've also been coaching for almost
10 years, starting with CrossFit before transitioning entirely
into mountain athlete conditioning.
I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise science and currently
develop and run mountain fitness programs at PT Revolution in
Truckee, where I work with climbers and skiers year-round.
I coach the way I train — because I'm still training and
climbing the same mountains my clients are. I know exactly what
it takes to perform at altitude, recover from big days, and build
the strength and endurance to summit confidently.

Q: How long does the programming take per week?
A: depends on your training phase, but typically 4-6 hours per week (3-5 sessions) I design it to fit your life, schedule, and what you have available.
Q: I dont have a gym. can i train with just climbing/skiing and bodyweight?
A: Yes, but youll get better results with some basic equipment. ill adapt programming to what you have access to.
Q: How long does it take to see results?
A: Most clients feel stronger and more capable within 4-6 weeks. noticeable performance improvements typically show up at 8-12 weeks.
Q: Do you offer a trial or a money back guarantee?
A: I offer a free 15-20 min discovery call to make sure were a good fit. after that, we start the first month. most clients stay on, but if its not working after 30 days, we can part ways.
Q: What if I need to modify the program due to injury?
A: We adjust, let me know whats going on, and ill modify the program. thats part of coaching.
